Parent users are solely responsible for the activity of Child users and give their consent for Child users to be using the Aksharabemax Services. You are agreeing that Aksharabemax may provide other teachers and administrators within the platforms access to your child’s progress in order to better teach them, and that their feedback may be used to improve on the service. Aksharabemax collects the minimal amount of information from students necessary to create accounts on our Service in accordance with COPPA. The parent / guardian should be the creator of any Aksharabemax account: if the Child User is creating the account, by creating the account they are confirming that they have the consent of their parent / guardian and will not post or share any personally identifiable information without the express consent of their parents. When using the Aksharabemax Services, Non-Personal Information may be collected regardless of whether the user is a Child user or Parent user.
